After a very busy couple of weeks around Christmas, we were excited to have a quiet New Years. We had a potluck dinner with the neighbors and then all went to bed early. We're excited about starting a new year with our new family of five.

getting her picture taken and telling daddy that she's looks like a

Jack went to Target with me one Saturday during naptime and we searched the Christmas clearance section. He found a gingerbread house kit and somehow talked me into buying it for him. It was like Christmas morning all over again for this kid.
My brother Paul and his girlfriend Tara are down visiting from Idaho now and the kids are enjoying getting so much attention.
