We went to my parents house last night and decided to play a game of bocci ball outside. However, I realized that I forgot to bring Jack's coat and it was COLD!...of course, I consider anything below 65 to be cold...anyway... I searched my parents house for anything that might be remotely Jack's size that I could use as a coat. I found a lavendar sweat suit that used to be mine that was in with the doll clothes. Jack looked SO cute in it! Just like his mama!

Christmas morning
We had a wonderful Christmas morning. Papa woke up first and started the Woods traditional monkey bread breakfast. Jack was the last one up at 7:30...funny how the one morning he sleeps in the latest is Christmas morning. After breakfast, we opened our stockings and Jack got his Elmo phone that Santa left him. It quickly became his favorite toy.

Pre-Christmas Festivities
It's almost Christmas! We've had so much fun this week getting ready for it. Last night, we went to see The Forgotten Carols. It was my first time and I LOVED it. One of the best parts was seeing Sean & Elizabeth Oborn there! We miss our dear friends! Tonight, we went to the Temple lights. They were beautiful. Jack loved it.

Coyotes game
Last night, we got free tickets to go to a Coyotes game. Someone at work couldn't use them and Ty willingly accepted to go in his place. The seats were awesome! We were in one of the suites and we felt so high class being there. They had snacks and drinks...and free beer too! :)

Mom's Birthday
This weekend we celebrated my Mom's birthday. We all surprised her by showing up at their house and made dinner and dessert for her. It was a lot of fun. We started the evening with a little bocci ball.

Dust Devil Race
Yesterday was the big race day we have all been waiting for--the Dust Devil mountain bike race in Fountain Hills. Ty has been training for months and shown a lot of dedication by riding in the wee hours of the morning. The race covers about 17 miles of mountain trails and takes about an hour and a half.
A few seconds after the start (Ty on the left in light gray and Cody on the right in blue).
Progress...
