The new Gilbert Temple is under construction and it's only 20 minutes away from us!

My visiting teacher gave me the greatest idea. She has been taking her family to the site on Sundays and the see the progress that is being made. We thought Jack would enjoy it, so we made the drive last Sunday and took some quick pictures. Hopefully, experiences like this will help us remember what a blessing it is to have another temple so close to us. |

That's so funny because we were going to go last Sunday too! We've been meaning to go for the past few months to show the boys...we just have to do it!
Wow, that is so nice to have one so close! The closest one here to us is 2 1/2 hours away. Can't wait to move back west and get closer to a temple again!!
We did the same things as the Twin Falls, Idaho temple was being built and loved it and plan on visiting as often as we can to the Fort Collins, Colorado temple that will be complete in 2 years. Very memorable times!
