Yesterday, we decided to do some exploring in Fredricksburg. We had heard that there was a historic rail station and Jack liked the sound of that so we headed in that direction. Lucky for us, we showed up five minutes before a parade started to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. It was the coolest little parade I've ever seen.
(I asked Ty to get a picture of me and Jack with the horse behind us, not the horse's behind. Oh well.) |
That's right...someone was handing out potatoes! |

Fredricksburg is now officially Jack's favorite. He couldn't understand why we had to go home.

Jack makes the cutest Statue of Liberty that I have ever seen! Wish I could have been there!
YOu guys are so adorable. I'm really glad you are out there and can see Ty more often. Your apartment looks lovely, really. And the post about getting lost made me laugh out loud. You're funny. Take care. We miss you out there. Any work where you guys will be after this training is over? Can't wait to hear from you. LOve ya.
Looks like that was a lot of fun. Your face in the potato picture made me laugh. :)
You are seeing such great sites and looks like you are off on a great adventure! Enjoy!
