Bryce Canyon Quilt Retreat

This past week, Lois and I drove to Ruby's Inn near Bryce Canyon for a FIVE day quilt retreat. That's right. Five long days with no husbands or children. It was so much fun. We took quilt classes, listened to guest speakers, shopped the vendors, and didn't prepare a single meal!

We each had a king size bed to sleep in!

Design stage of my "Jewelry" quilt. This class was a lot of fun. I can't wait to get this one all put together.

A little progress on Ty's man-quilt

This is going to be a July quilt. I will make several more of the little block on the top and they'll go all the way around the star.
I wish I could say this one was mine, but it's not. This is Lois' quilt from the Panguitch Quilt Walk last summer. I got to help with as few of the blocks and I love it. So beautiful.

It was amazing to work with so many talented and experienced ladies. I took one class with the owner of this company. They have some really adorable stuff.

How fun! I love the colors for your "jewelry" quilt. The man quilt is pretty awesome too.
