Ty surprised me this weekend with a two-night stay at the Pine Victorian Bed and Breakfast in Pine, AZ! It was awesome! We had such a great time. This was my first time ever leaving Jack, which was a little scary, but I knew that my parents were taking good care of him. It was a very relaxing trip. When we first arrived, there were fresh cinnamon rolls in the kitchen. The housekeeper showed us to our room upstarirs--one of three. We stayed in the "Garden Cottage." It was so cute. We had our own sitting room and the bathroom even had a whirlpool tub. We read, ate, watched movies, talked, ate, napped, shopped, and ate some more!
A bed fit for a princess--with a canopy!

Somehow Ty managed to weasel in a little 4-wheeling...
...but it was worth the view!
There also just happened to be a mountain bike race in Payson on Saturday. It was 15 miles long and took about an hour. Here's Ty before the race...
...and after. He was very sore and tired, but he had a great time. He got third place in his division.
Saturday evening at the Rimside Grill--a delicious "ma-and-pa" restaurant
Thanks for the weekend, Ty!

Hi Ty and Rebecca! Sorry for commenting on your great weekend getaway, but I thought I had your email and found out I don't! Anyway, I wanted to get Ty's advice on DSLR cameras...could you email me when you get a chance? By the way, we now have a Tyler in our family!! :)

I'm glad you two had a great getaway. Jack was a good little boy for Mimi and Papa. After seeing the pictures of you B&B, I'm going to make Dad take me there. Love, Mom
