Paul and Tara's Wedding

Paul and Tara got married in the Twin Falls Temple. It was so awesome to have my entire family there. Tara is a perfect match for Paul and they seem so happy together.

Jack and Hailey - these two are inseparable!

All the siblings, and yes, we are all sunburned.

This is about where the kids decided they were done with pictures.

After the wedding, we had a luncheon and reception at a ranch on the Snake River. The weather was beautiful and the kids got to play outside for hours.Ty was missing for a couple hours in the afternoon and this is finally where I found him.

Jefferies Reunion in Idaho

My brother Paul got married in the Twin Falls temple last week. We made the trek up to Idaho to be with him and all my siblings that traveled from all over the country to be there.

The drive was long but the twins slept, and slept, and slept.

We all arrived in Burley at about the same time and planned a mini-reunion at a park. We ate pizza and played games in the beautiful Idaho summer weather.

Unfortunately, Elliot didn't feel well and spent the evening napping on the grass.

Poor little guy...

Audrey and Uncle Joey hit it off.

We spent the night in a hotel, which easily might have been the kids' favorite part of the whole vacation. We took lots of elevator trips, enjoyed the hotel breakfast, and played in the jacuzzi.

Memorial Day

Audrey got into the Memorial Day spirit on Sunday dressed in her little red, white, and blue outfit. She was so excited about her sparkly new shoes.

On Monday, we had a bunch of cousins over for a BBQ and the kids played for hours uninterrupted. Dave and Becki's family live in Thatcher so we don't get to see them very often. I'm glad they got to have some good bonding time.

Kindergarten Program

For the end of the school year, Jack's school put on a musical program. They sang all the songs they've been working on in music time for the last several months.

Checking out Jack's classroom after the program.

Jack got the write the time of the clock that day. He's loved his new school for the last two months and he's ready for a new adventure at another school for first grade.

Ward Campout

This last weekend, we went camping with our new ward. It was great to get away from the heat and bundle up for a night. We made some new friends, went for a hike, explored a cave, and played in a stream.

Wake up call at 5:30!

The kids were so proud of their bouquets of wildflowers for Mom.

(I couldn't resist posting this one.)

Beating the Heat

It feels like summer is in full swing with the 100-degree highs we've been having this week. All the kids want to do is swim and play with the hose. We can do this, right? We can make it to September.

Mother's Day 2013

I just had the best Mother's Day I've ever had. It might have something to do with the fact that I have three adorable, happy, hilarious children...just a hunch, though. Granna and Papa were visiting from Page and we loved having them stay with us and help us work on the house. Sunday morning the boys made Lois and I a delicious breakfast and we didn't even have to do the dishes.

Ty had all the kids tell me why they love me. These were their answers (with no coaching):
Jack: I love Mom because she always feeds me and makes my lunch and makes the best dinners. #1 mom!
Elliot: I love Mommy because she puts me down for a nap. She the best.
Audrey: I love Mommy because she does my toes. They are pink!
