Swim Season!

Swim season has officially started. The water is still pretty cold, but Jack doesn't seem to mind. He likes to surprise me by sneaking off to his room and putting on his swimsuit whenever he wants to get in the pool--even if it's 8 am. Funny kid.

Easter Weekend

We had a busy Easter weekend. On Friday, Jack and I joined in on a big Easter hunt at the community park. There were literally hundreds of eggs, so we had to work on just being content to find a few. On Saturday, we colored eggs.

And, or course, we had to snap a few Easter Sunday pictures this morning before church.  I can't believe how grown up my little boy is. He looks like such a stud in his suit. How do we feel about Ty's facial hair??

And for those of you who asked to see a better picture of my hair, here it is in all it's boy-ish glory. I love it. I don't miss my long hair at all.

Kite Flying

I love living in Phoenix. I really do. Yes, we have deathly hot summers, but aside from those few months, the weather is divine. We've had some nice breezy weather, so Jack and Ty did a little kite flying last weekend.
